(Nasdaq: LUFK) today announced the election of Robert T. Blakely to its Board of Directors. Mr. Blakely is the former Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of Lyondell Chemical Company (NYSE: LYO), having also served for 18 years with Tenneco, Inc., most recently as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Blakely is currently the President of Performance Enhancement Group, Inc., an investment company specializing in high performance and racing components for automotive and marine engine applications. Mr. Blakely is also currently a Trustee of Cornell University, where he received a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA degree. He also received a Ph.D. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. "We are very pleased that Bob is joining the Board," remarked Douglas V. Smith, President and Chief Executive Officer.
