Compliance issues are critically important, have a very practical side, and are a part of our daily lives at home, in our community, and at work. A mistake or conscious decision to not follow the rules can have a devastating financial and personal impact on companies and employees. As Lufkin continues to expand its footprint into the complex global environment, employees are to be held to an increasingly high standard of accountability for their actions, and must demonstrate the highest level of ethics and respect with their clients, business partners, and each other. It is the job of the Company to ensure that employees are educated and empowered with the right tools, guidelines and training to effectively perform their jobs in a legally compliant manner.
Lufkin’s Code of Conduct reflects the standards by which we conduct business. The Lufkin Way of doing business requires that each employee always does the right thing, every day, and in every way.
