Abiding in Our Principles
Success for Lufkin over its 110+ years has been founded in adherence to ethical principles that recognize the value of our customers, suppliers, vendors, competitors, communities, shareholders and each other. Lufkin has committed itself throughout its history to doing the right thing in every situation. The Lufkin Code of Conduct provides the basis for conducting our business around the globe. Lufkin’s Code can help us to answer difficult questions that may test our integrity on occasion. When the test comes, we can use the Code to help answer the following questions before we take any action (1) is what I am considering in keeping with the Lufkin Way?, (2) is this legal and in accord with Lufkin policy? and (3) would I or my family be uncomfortable if what I am about to do were ultimately made public?
All Lufkin employees are expected to abide by the Code and will be asked to read it on an annual basis and to signify compliance with its principles.
