Lufkin employees have a right and an obligation to report any concerns about compliance or ethical issues that occur as we conduct the business of Lufkin anywhere around the world. Lufkin provides a Compliance Hotline on a 24/7 basis to all our employees around the globe. This free service is anonymous and confidential. Report concerns, whether suspected or actual, that could be in violation of our Code, company policy or the laws of countries in which we operate. Any employee reporting a compliance or ethics concern in good faith is assured freedom from retaliation.
