Each year we offer training programs to help our customers understand how to evaluate problems, learn about maintenance support, and how to maximize performance and minimize downtime. Each course delivers training for “real world” applications to challenge both entry level and seasoned professionals.

Gear Maintenance School

Lufkin’s Gear Repair & Maintenance School seminars are scheduled three times a year. Please limit your participants to three or less per seminar. The class will be limited to the first 40 applicants. |
Engineering Gear School

For almost 30 years, the Power Transmission Division has brought engineers from various companies to Lufkin to teach specifics in basic gear technology. Today, our Engineering Gear School attracts top level engineers from across North American to learn about Lufkin’s gear manufacturing process through a variety of technology-based programs. The two-day Engineering Gear School is held semi-annually and offers both classroom and hands-on work for attendees. |
